What a GHL Super Agent Can Actually Do for Your Business

GHL Labs quietly released something worth paying attention to: Super Agents inside Agent Studio.

The basic idea is straightforward. You go to AI Agents, open Agent Studio, click to create a new agent, describe what you want it to do in plain language, and GHL builds the prompt automatically. No manual prompt engineering. No starting from scratch.

On a recent Q&A call, I demo'd this in real time using a lead qualifier for Instagram comments. Someone comments on a post, the agent picks it up, evaluates whether they're a real potential buyer, and responds accordingly — without me being in the loop for every exchange.

That's what it looks like when AI handles the first layer of your lead follow-up.

    Why this matters for solopreneurs

The follow-up problem for most people running a business alone is capacity. You can generate interest. You can get comments, opt-ins, replies, DMs. The part that breaks down is responding to all of it consistently and quickly enough that the lead doesn't go cold.

An AI agent doesn't have a capacity problem. It responds when the comment happens, not when you get back to your desk. It applies your qualifying criteria consistently, not depending on how much energy you have that afternoon. And it handles volume that would be impossible to manage manually.

    What to build first

The best starting point is the follow-up task you know you're inconsistent on. For a lot of solopreneurs, that's social media comments and DMs. Someone comments expressing interest, and by the time you respond, they've moved on. An agent that responds immediately with a qualifying question changes that dynamic.

A second strong use case is intake. When someone fills out a form or opts in to a lead magnet, an immediate AI-driven follow-up that asks a clarifying question or delivers a personalized response based on what they submitted performs better than a generic autoresponder.

What the setup looks like in GHL

Inside GHL, go to AI Agents, then Agent Studio. Click to create a new agent. Describe the goal in plain language: "I want this agent to respond to Instagram comments from people interested in my coaching program, qualify whether they're a real lead, and ask them one follow-up question." GHL builds the prompt from that description. You review, adjust, and deploy.

The describe-and-build approach is the part that changed with Labs. You're not starting with a blank prompt box. You're starting with a description of the outcome you want.

    One important note

An AI agent doesn't replace the conversation. It handles the first layer — the response, the qualification, the initial engagement. The real conversation, when someone is actually ready to buy or needs a real answer, still comes from you. The agent clears the path so that when you do show up, you're talking to someone who's already been pre-qualified.

What's the one follow-up task in your business that an AI agent could handle before you have to be involved?
